Talking Pubs Tour

Join our four-hour progressive foodie tour to four character-filled Toowoomba pubs. Start with grazing platters at the quirky dog-friendly, Bar Wunder, followed by Asian-style entrees at Junk Toowoomba. Enjoy your main course served on a volcanic stone at The Cube Hotel, followed by a delicious dessert at the rooftop bar & bistro, George Banks.

Tour includes all meals and a drink at each pub.

BAR WUNDER – Appetizers

Cheese grazing platter: 3 cheeses (blue, soft, semi-hard), quince, Bunnyconnellen Bush Barbie Olives, battered pickles and smoky bagel crisps
Bratwurst grazing platter: 3 types of bratwurst (eg. cheese kransky, smoked bockwurst, pepper knackwurst), warm Turkish bread, battered pickles and German curry ketchup

Both options can be vegan or gluten free

JUNK TOOWOOMBA – Entrée

Prawn and ginger dumplings with a black vinegar dressing
Char Siu pork spring rolls with spiced plum sauce

THE CUBE HOTEL – Main Meal

35 day wet aged Angus Rump sourced from the Oakey region, served on a 400 degree volcanic stone, accompanied by a jacket potato & house creamy coleslaw (vegetarian option available)

GEORGE BANKS – Dessert

White chocolate parfait, lemon curd, spring berries, sourdough paddle pop, caramelised brioche, quince jam & espresso
