Saturday Progressive Foodie Tour

Join us on our gourmet progressive dinner tour beginning with cheese and canapés and an exclusive guided tour of Cobb+Co Museum’s Carriage Room. Enjoy mains at the historic Gip’s Restaurant, formerly an 1860s mansion, followed by scrumptious dessert at Picnic Point Restaurant.

Tour includes all meals and a drink at each venue.

Cheese platters and canapés of :

Marinated Thai beef and caramelised peanuts in cucumber cup with fresh mint and coriander (GF)
Panko crumbed whiting with lemon twist and tartare sauce
Tomato, roasted capsicum & basil bruschetta with balsamic glaze (V&GF)

GIP’S RESTAURANT – Main Meal

Roast lamb rump, balsamic roasted beetroot, roasted walnuts, smoked yoghurt & rocket (GF) OR Pan seared Tasmanian salmon, green pea & fennel risotto cake & salsa verde (alternate drop)

Fresh seasonal vegetables served to tables

PICNIC POINT RESTAURANT – Dessert

Sangria shortcake, rosewater & coconut mousse in a white chocolate cage with Persian candy floss
