Quilts, Stitches & Textiles Trail

The Trail provides an opportunity for visitors to see spring immortalized in the colourful and unique heritage crafts of quilting, embroidery, spinning, weaving, felting and more. Exhibitions include ‘All Quilts Bright and Beautiful’ from the Toowoomba Quilters Club Inc, ‘a Quilt Garden’ from Robyn Ginn’s Quilts, ‘Flower Power and Textiles ‘ by Toowoomba Spinners, Weavers & Dyers Group, ‘downSIZE’ by Darling Downs Textile Art Group and ‘Quilts with History’ by the Royal Bull’s Head Inn, National Trust of Qld.

The Trail, from Friday 21 Sept to Fri 28 Sept, will showcase:

  • never before displayed quilts, embroidery and unique handcrafted garments and items
  • hands-on demonstrations of techniques and mini classes
  • colour and textures from the garden
  • unique collections of original designed articles
