Friday Progressive Foodie Tour

Discover more of Toowoomba’s flavours on this progressive dinner tour beginning with mezze sharing platters at Toowoomba’s Turkish restaurant, Sofra. Enjoy mains at Inbound Restaurant adjoining the historic Railway Station and a decadent dessert at Encores Restaurant.

Tour includes all meals and a drink at each venue.

SOFRA – Canapés

Mezze sharing platters of :

Sebze kizartma (mixture of roasted eggplant, zucchini and capsicum topped with tomato concasse and garlic yoghurt)
Peynirli sigara (filo pastry rolled with feta cheese, fresh herbs and spinach)
Kabak dolma (stuffed zucchini with minced lamb, herbs and spices, topped with tomato concasse and garlic yoghurt)
Falafel (chickpea croquettes with tahini sauce)
Marinated olives & feta

INBOUND RESTAURANT – Main Meal

Eye fillet, fried polenta, horse radish and thyme butter, sautéed spinach, jus OR Barramundi fillet, citrus butter, shaved asparagus, smoked tomato, currants (alternate drop)

ENCORES RESTAURANT – Dessert

Raspberry brulée, wild berry compote and toasted coconut ice cream (GF)
