For three mouth-watering days you can sample the world-famous produce of Southern Queensland Country, all in one location. Treat yourself to incredible flavours, produce and wine fresh from the bountiful pastures, orchards and wine vineyards of the region. Plus, meet one of the nation's favourite celebrity chefs, Adrian Richardson, and the Block's famous landscapers, Dave Franklin.  The talent at this year's festival is blooming great, don't miss a beat! FAQs

I haven’t received my ticket, what do I do?

Check your Junk Mail and Spam folders for an order confirmation email from IWT Emailer. If you have received this email, please follow the link in the email text to complete the mandatory ticketing questions for each attendee. Once this is completed and saved, your tickets will be emailed to you. Please allow up to an hour for your tickets to show in your email inbox.

If you have completed all the mandatory ticketing questions for each attendee and still not received your tickets, please go to the bottom of the ticketing section of this page and click RESEND TICKETS and enter your email address.

If you have completed all of these steps and still don’t have your tickets, please call us on 131 872.

What is the refund policy?

If you change your mind or are unable to attend, please note that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to another event or day. You are more than welcome to give your ticket to someone else. Please note that the Festival goes ahead rain, hail or shine.

Do I need to bring my printed ticket?

You can choose to either bring your printed ticket to the event or show your ticket or the QR code on your mobile device. This will be scanned upon entry.

Where do I meet?

The Festival is located in Upper Queens Park, on the corner of Margaret St and Lindsay St, Toowoomba. The main entrance is located on Margaret St.

What are the parking options?

Limited parking is available around Queens Park on Margaret St, Lindsay St and Hume St. For a hassle-free weekend, take advantage of the Free Festival Shuttle bus on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd September. Simply park your car at Kearney Springs Sporting Ground or Picnic Point parking on Heller Street, jump on the bus and let someone else do the driving.

What can I bring into the Festival?

Outside food and drink is not permitted inside the Festival due to Food & Liquor Licensing laws. The following items are NOT permitted in the Festival: fireworks, illicit drugs, non-media accredited recording devices, laser lights, glow sticks, animals, any other illegal or dangerous items.

Attendees are more than welcome to bring their own chairs and picnic blankets into the Festival.

Free Festival Shuttle – Saturday 21 Sept & Sunday 22 Sept

Avoid the hassle of trying to find a car park at one of our post popular Carnival destinations. Simply park at Kearney’s Spring Historical Park (Google Map) in one of the designated parking zones (Cnr Ruthven & Spring Sts) or Picnic Point Park (Google Map), and hop on the next free shuttle to Lindsay St, Queens Park. It operates every 30 minutes between 9:30am and 10:45pm.
