There's nothing like the combined scents and sounds of Carnival to better herald the Spring season. During the fortnight that Carnival is celebrated, the city's three major parks burst into bloom and with live entertainment held in each park daily, offer the perfect venue for a family picnic, Spring stroll or lazy afternoon on the picnic rug.
