Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers is a member of the Hidden Disabilities program, where staff and volunteers proudly participate in the Sunflower initiative to assist those living with hidden disabilities. Keep an eye out for our sunflower lanyards if you require assistance with any accessibility information.
