In 2009, the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers will mark 60 years since its commencement.  This Diamond Anniversary heralds a significant milestone for the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers and the regional community who have fostered the event since its inception. Achieving 60 years of celebrations stands testimony to Carnival’s diversity and appeal and with this accomplishment comes a rich and memorable history that we plan to commemorate with style! 

The Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers Diamond Anniversary will be a sparkling spectacular offering a range of events, exhibitions, tours and attractions that will appeal to visitors from far and wide.
